Butler Co. Dept Of Job & Family Services: Hamilton

Provides the following services: public assistance, food stamps, aid to dependent children, welfare, Medicaid, health services for children, general assistance, social services, health check, adult protective services, day care, jobs and LEAP. GED programs for pregnant woman who are receiving assistance. Clients must meet eligibility requirements for any and all assistance. Clients who are working and have children or are pregnant or paying child support MAY BE eligible for the PRC fund which can be used once a year for financial assistance for rent evictions, rent deposit, car repair or utility shut offs.

Food Stamp Hotline

Provides information on WIC and allows callers to check on benefits and report card lost or stolen. Must have 16 digit food stamp card number available for this service.

Provides services for pregnant women & women with children who meet income guidelines. Provides highly nutritious foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding support, immunization screening and referral, healthcare referrals.
