Home Repairs for Low Income Elderly/Disabled Home Owners

Tools To Improve the Community

PWC delivers a "whole-house" approach to our clients. Instead of a series of separate calls for various repairs, we assess all the needs of the home and determine what services PWC can provide with existing funds.

For qualified applicants, PWC provides the following types of repair services:
Weatherization
Critical Home Repairs
Mobility Modification

Not all services are available in all areas and some services may have a waiting list. For more specific information about each program or to see if you qualify please contact us today. Please note that we only take applications over the telephone.

Qualifications for PWC Services

PWC serves very low income homeowners and some renters in 13 counties in Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky. Specific income guidelines must be met to be eligible for various PWC programs. These guidelines vary by municipality and by funder so it's best to contact us to get detailed information.

Please see the following links for a general guideline of qualifications.
