Area churches serve free dinners Monday-Thursdays. Everyone is welcome!

Dinners will be served at the First United Methodist Church on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thanksgiving willl be at the regular time. Christmas dinner will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

If you need assistance with rent payments, utility bills or need funds for gasoline or pharmacy bills please come to the Emergency Services office, which is open from 9:00-11:00 AM on Tuesday and 1:00-3:00 PM on Thursday. Our office is located at Mason United Methodist Church, 773 S. Mason Montgomery Road, Mason, Ohio. The phone number is 513-459-8509.

  1. F.A.I.T.H. Ministry can serve Shadow Lake Trailer Park clients if they have WRITTEN PROOF of having very recently received assistance from the Lebanon Community Services.
  2. Client must come in person with picture identification, like driver’s license, showing current resident address. If the driver’s license has an old address, then we need to see a copy of a recent bill showing their current address.
  3. Client must fill out F.A.I.T.H. financial assistance statement including:
    • Full name
    • Current resident address (not P.O. box #)
    • Telephone number
  4. Client must have current statement of income such as ADC, Welfare, Unemployment, Social Security, Child Support, Job, etc. Clients must bring copies of bank accounts or similar statements if they have any such accounts.
  5. Client must have letter stating notice of date of shut-off, discontinuance, eviction or non-delivery for services and the account number for such service.
  6. Client must explain change in their financial situation to cause this emergency.
  7. This a once-every-six-month program for the first year and once per year thereafter. PAYMENT(S) OF ANY BILLS OR ANY COMBINATION OF BILLS WILL NOT EXCEED $400. The situation must be an emergency and the funds given should not to be used as supplement assistance.

If money for food or clothing would be helpful, please come to the Food Certificate Program office, which is open from 9:30-11:30 AM on Saturday. Our offices are at Hope Church, 4934 Western Row Road, Mason, Ohio. The phone number is 513-459-0800 ext. 359.

The Food Certificate Program requires identification in the form of a driver's license. If the driver's license does not have the current address a rent bill or gas and electric bill must be shown with the driver's license for identification purposes.
