              Focus on identifying and eliminating employment barriers including housing and transportation.

              Workshops include interviewing techniques for ex-offenders, resume development, and skills assessments.

              Referrals to companies where relationships have been established and who are willing to hir individuals with criminal records.

• Retention and follow-up for up to 12 months

              On-going case management and retention services in order to promote stabilization and reduce recidivism.
