Operates a house in Milford called "Ruth House" for Clermont County women who want a new beginning in their lives. It is a voluntary program referred by Pastors, Chaplains, and Social Workers for women who have been incarcerated. Programs help the women overcome the situation that caused the incarceration and learn new life styles, all based on spiritual growth.
