Sarah Center, an enrichment center located in Over-the Rhine, is dedicated to encouraging women to develop their strengths and talents so that they may build a positive life for themsleves, their families and their communities. Sarah does this by:
1) Providing opportunities for women to discover their creativity and to develop skills in jewelry making, card making and quilting
2) Coordinating sales opportunities so that supplemental income is earned (60% of sales);
3) and, Serves as an "incubator" for women who wish to branch out on their own.

Employment Assistance
Employment & Training Resources (ETR) Program: Community Action Agencies ETR program helps individuals find long-term employment. Through the ETR program, individuals receive:
Help with the identification of strengths and skills to create an Individual Employment Plan;
Connections to important services such as locating affordable housing and obtaining food and clothing, including professional attire;
Employment readiness training;
Job search assistance; and
Interview coaching.
In addition to other criteria, to be eligible for employment assistance individuals must:
Be a resident of Hamilton County; and
Earn an income that is at or below 125% of poverty per the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
