CCAT saves lives and rebuilds families by providing tools for lifelong sobriety and recovery caused by untreated chemical addictions. Our full continuum of care includes medically monitored detoxification and short-term residential treatment.
Programs include: Medically monitored detoxification (critical care treatment for those who have used a mood-altering substance in the previous 72 hours);
Pre-Treatment (an option for those waiting to get into short-term residential treatment);
Short-Term Residential (includes group educational sessions on various aspects of addiction and
recovery, individual counseling, group therapy, art and recreation and Twelve Step meetings); OASIS for Older Adults (Older Adults Seeking Independence in Sobriety (OASIS) is an intensive
outpatient program specifically designed for older adults); Continuing Care (comprises weekly group meetings as a continuation of clinical services that focus on peer support and relapse prevention); Family Programs (weekly education and activities for family members and significant others enhance treatment and support recovery) ; Opiate Recovery Program (a special protocol for patients who come to us having used heroin, oxycontin, methadone or
other opiates.)

Sober Living is a non-profit organization committed to providing a safe, affordable, sober housing and structural living environment to individuals recovering from alcohol and drug addiction. Our goal is to encourage and instill personal growth through educational, work-force training and spiritual development.

Services
- Housing: Safe, affordable, structured. Beds, furniture and other furnishings of daily living are provided. laundry services and house phones are available on-site.
- Transportation: Houses are located on bus lines. Bus tokens will be provided on an individual basis based on need and for the purpose of obtaining and continuing employment. Transportation to and from AA meetings is available.
- Social Services: Sober Living coordinates and collaborates with area Community Agencies. Referrals and access to LSW as needed.
- G.E.D education: Referral services are utilized through neighborhood community centers for continuing educational needs.
- AA Meetings: mandatory in-house meetings and access to daily out-side meetings are provided for spiritual growth and support necessary for continuous useful sobriety.
- Community Support: Provided by volunteers, local police departments and existing recovery institutions.
- Mental Health Services: Available on individual basis through qualified board members.
- Recreation: Basketball, lounge areas, picnic sites and social opportunities are available.
- Employment: Residents are required to have stable employment or volunteer work. Sober Living provided referrals and job training.

Q:Are there rules at Sober Living Ohio?
A: Yes of course.
Rules for Sober Living
1. All individuals must remain alcohol and drug free. Violation of this rule will result in an immediate removal from the house. To ensure the adherence to this rule random drug and alcohol testing will be performed.
2. All residents must be actively working a 12-step program and attend at least 3 meetings a week.
3. All residents must work or have a verifiable legitimate income.
4. Guests are the responsibility of the residents. Any problems or conflicts interfering with the safety and security of the house and its residents will not be tolerated. Curfew for guests Sun — Thurs is 11:00 p.m. and Fri- Sat is 1:00 a.m.
5. You must respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum and no loitering outside after 11:30 p.m. Sun- Thurs and 1:00 a.m. on Fri—Sat.
6. All residents are responsible for the cleanliness of the house. A chore list will be assigned. No dishes are to be left in the sink. Make your bed everyday.
7. Remember we are all adults and common courtesy and respect for each other will ensure everyone a safe and sober environment.
8. All residents must comply with these rules and failure to do so may result in removal from the house.
9. Rent must be paid on due date.
10. If you are asked to leave for a violation(s) of any of the rules you will forfeit any monies you have given.
11. No gambling or other illegal activities are permitted.
12. Rules are subject to change.

Talbert House operates multiple service sites in conjunction with its affiliates throughout Greater Cincinnati. The services offered focus on substance abuse, mental health, community corrections, and welfare-to-work providing a continuum of care that includes prevention, assessment, treatment, and reintegration services. These services are provided to a broad-based population with the agency’s mission in mind: to improve social behavior and enhance personal recovery and growth.
